Ingredients:
Onion, Tomato, Butter, Oil, Garlic, Salt, Savory, Eggs
Preparation:
Dice the onion, tomato and garlic and sauté in butter and olive oil.
When well braised, add water as required. Bring it to a boil. Season with salt.
Add the eggs. Just before serving, place
a sprig of savory in each dish along with some bread cubes. Pour in the soup. Serve very hot.
