
Ingredients:
4 - 5 pounds of mixed fish (Snapper, Rockfish, Sea Bream, Seifer, Redfish, etc.)
3 large onions
1.5 kg of tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic
bay leaf
parsley
3 dl olive oil
Salt
Preparation:
Place sliced onions, tomatoes (skinless and seedless) and chopped up garlic in a clay pot. Add the fish (cut into chunks). Add salt, parsley and bay leaf. Pour olive oil and cook over low heat, making sure that the pan is covered. When ready to serve, place pieces of homemade bread on the bottom of the dish and then pour the stew over it.
