Ingredients:
3 kg of pork (cut into small cubes),1 garlic head, 3 bay leaves , 1
sprig savory , 3 peppers , 1 ½ litre of white wine , ¼ litre of water , Salt
Preparation:
At the bottom of a bowl mush up the garlic, bay leaves, peppers, savory
and salt. Add the wine and water. Mix the meat with the ingredients and place
everything in a Pucara. Let the meat rest for a couple of days. Heat a pot and
put in the meat. Let it simmer to a boil. Place bread slices over the meat and
let it rest until it becomes moist. Once the bread is soft put it on a plate
and garnish it with slices of orange.
