Ingredients:
2 portions of cod
400 grs potatoes
2 eggs
2 spoons olive oil
1 twig parsley
1 small onion
½ lemon
1 teaspoon sugar
olives
lettuce
Preparation:
Tear apart the uncooked cod,
removing all skin and bone
Wash the cod until white in colour
Dry with a cloth and separate into
long strips
Place cod in an oven tray
Cook and slice out potatoes and add
to tray
Cook half the eggs, separate into
pieces and add to tray
In a bowl, add olive oil, finely
diced onions, lemon juice and sugar. Beat well and add to cod and potatoes
Garnish with remaining eggs
