Preparation
In a
pan, bring the molasses to a medium temperature and then add the margarine.
Gentlly add the other ingredients listed above and keep stirring. Add the
crystallised fruits. Put the mixture in a bowl, cover it and leave it resting for
3 days.
Remove
the mixture, form a ball and then flatten it. Place the cake in the oven for 25
minutes (170 ºC). After the allotted time, remove from the oven and let it rest
for 10 minutes. Remove from the baking pan and decorate it with sliced almonds.
